Jiangsu Zhongsheng Intelligent Manufacturing Project starts construction in Changzhou

On July 26, the Jiangsu Zhongsheng Intelligent Manufacturing Project, with a total investment of 5.2 billion yuan, started construction in Jincheng Science and Technology Industrial Park, Jintan District. It is a two-phase project expected to be put into production within three years, upon which an additional sales revenue of over 6 billion will be generated for the corporation annually.

The project covers an area of 637 mu (about 42 hectares), with a total construction area of 615,000 square meters. Its total planned investment is 5.2 billion yuan, of which 4 billion will be invested in purchasing more than 12,000 sets of advanced equipment at home and abroad. After the project is put into production in August 2023, its will be able to produce 50 million sets of smart wearable products, 20 million sets of smart watch straps, 10 million sets of laptop parts and 5 million sets of virtual reality camera parts annually.

Jiangsu Zhongsheng Intelligent Manufacturing Co., Ltd. is a private enterprise specializing in the design, R&D, manufacturing and sales of precision hardware products such as metal bodies of laptops, smart wearable devices, smart phones and virtual reality cameras. Among the first in China to introduce intelligent production lines, the company has world-class customers like Apple, Tesla and Google, involving the most promising products such as smart wearable, smart home and smart healthcare.

It is reported that after the project was signed at Jintan, a 25,000-square meter-large plant for smart wearable products has been leased to the company and put into production.
