On November 18, the first phase of Changzhou Biomedicine Incubator, jointly constructed by Changzhou Fangyuan Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. and Changzhou National Hi-Tech Industrial Development Zone, was grandly opened.

The total investment of this project reaches 560 million yuan, including the investment of 270 million yuan for the first phase. The total area of the project reaches32 mu, including the building area of 35,000 square meters. Recently, there are 25 incubators settled in the center, including 2 venture enterprises led by Dr. Zhao Zuchun and Dr. Chen Chunlin, who were introduced by “National Thousand Talents Plan� and other 15 venture enterprises of “Dragon City Talents Plan�? Besides, it introduces 15 leading returnee talents and signs the strategic cooperation agreement with the UniversityofOxford,UniversityofNottingham.
