Recently, it was learned from Jiangsu Provincial Department of Commerce that Changzhou Cross-border E-commerce Industrial Park has been approved as provincial pilot zone . The Cross-border E-commerce Industrial Park was co-founded by Changzhou Municipal Bureau of Commerce and Changzhou Comprehensive Bonded Zone in September 2015, with a planned area of 150 mu and a total investment of about 200 million yuan. The first-phase project was completed in April 2016. The Cross-border E-commerce Industrial Park carries out four major business modes of general import, general export, bonded import and export bonded, mainly engaged in import and export businesses of fast-moving consumer goods and manufacturing-related industrial supplies. In May 2016, Changzhou’s first cross-border e-commerce order was directly declared, inspected and delivered in the clearance zone, marking a new milestone of e-commerce. As of August 2016, the Cross-border E-commerce Industrial Park has settled more than 30 enterprises.
