On July 24th, representatives of overseas returnees who started business, new media practitioners and the new generation of non-state-owned economy attended the entrepreneurs seminar in Liyang. Zhang Yue, member of the standing committee of Changzhou Municipal Committee of CPC and director of the United Front Work Department of Changzhou, attended the event and delivered a speech.
