On the afternoon of January 17, Mayor Ding Chun met with Huang Weiyi, executive director of The Hong Kong and China Gas Company Limited (Towngas) and executive director of Towngas China Company Limited, and his delegation at the Administration Center.

Ding Chun said that since its establishment in 2003, Changzhou Towngas Co., Ltd. has made great contributions to people's livelihood and local economic development. He hoped that Towngas will accelerate its gas storage project in Jintan to play an important role in gas peak regulation and emergency support in winter. At the same time, he hoped the two sides will further expand cooperation space and achieve win-win development.

Huang Weiyi expressed the expectation to further promote cooperation with Changzhou and make new contributions to the development of local economy and social undertakings.
