Recently, the program of “Combined Mode of Company History Archives and Cultural Industries� submitted by Changzhou was awarded the first prize for outstanding scientific achievment in the 2014 National Archives Evaluation.

The Municipal Bureau of Archives and the Industrial and Trading Company jointly established the Changzhou Archives Exhibition Center in an old plant of the Canal 5 Creative Campus. Since 2011, the center has collected 230,000 volumes of endangered archives.

To solve the shortage of staff, the Archives Bureau established a group of volunteers which currently has more than 100 members.
