Recently, six USTC postgraduate students and doctoral students studying at the Changzhou Postgraduate Training Base of University of Science and Technology of China (USTC) passed their thesis defense at Changzhou Institute of Advanced Manufacturing Technology.

USTC Postgraduate Training Base in Changzhou was founded in Changzhou Science and Education Town in 2011. This is a high-level postgraduate training platform jointly established by the Graduate School of USTC, the Administration Committee of Changzhou Science & Education Town, and Hefei Advanced Manufacturing Technology Institute of Chinese Academy of Sciences. Any postgraduate student, at the completion of one-year USTC-based learning, can come to the Base and participate in research and development of specific projects , so as to enhance practical ability. Currently, the Base has a total of 21 master and PhD instructors, and more than 90 postgraduate students and doctoral students.
