On December 23, the Sixth China UNISPAR Innovation Conference was held in Changzhou. This Conference is sponsored by the China Council for the Promotion of Cooperative and Jiangsu Provincial People's Government, and organized by Jiangsu Province Science and Technology Department and Changzhou Municipal People's Government. The theme of the Conference is 'innovation-driven, economic restructuring, and industrial upgrading.' Meanwhile, the Conference announced the Jiangsu Declaration and presented the Awards for Outstanding Contribution, Promotion, and Innovation Achievement to the winning units and individuals.
