On the morning of September 21, the 9th Innovation & Entrepreneurship Forum for Overseas Returnees, hosted by Changzhou Municipal Government and Jiangsu Provincial Overseas Chinese Affairs Office, was opened. A total of five projects were launched in Changzhou Overseas Students Pioneer Park.
　　At the forum, more than 120 domestic and overseas high-level talents from 14 countries and regions such as the United States, Canada, Germany, Australia, carrying more than 120 venture projects, came to seek cooperation and venture opportunities. Over 65% of them have doctoral degrees, and some have applied for the "Dragon City Fellowship Program.�� The participants mainly involved in the fields of electronic information, bio-pharmaceutical, machinery and automatic control, new materials and new energy, environmental engineering and specialty agriculture.
