Recently, Changzhou Institute of Technology and Changzhou Sky Solar New Energy Institute signed an agreement on the joint establishment of Changzhou New Energy Institute. This institute isapplied to speeding up the training of talents in field of new energy technologies and management, so as to promote the progress of local economy and the development of new energy industry and technologies in Jiangsu province and even in China .

The undergraduate education of the New Energy Institute will be included in the admission scheme of Changzhou Institute of Technology, while the specific enrollment program has already been submitted for approval.

It is learnt thatChangzhou Sky Solar New Energy Institute was founded in May 2007, which was the first to operate in both technology and production among the PV businesses.
