China s first overseas e-commerce service platform, BizArk, formally headquarters in Changzhou Creative Industry Base. The cooperation singing ceremony was held on March 23.

BizArk, developed by Jiangsu Ketai Information Technology Co., Ltd., officially released its service on August 24, 2010, specializes in providing international trading solutions for companies, including overseas market investigation, website construction, product promotion, logistics support, customer service, and international legal consulting, and more. The project obtained the investment of USD 40 million by IDG Group.

BizArks revenue is expected to reach RMB 50 million this year and is to exceed RMB 500 million in 2013 according to the rapid growth ofB2Ce-commerce platform. Moreover, BizArk will be listed abroad in the future three years.
