On the morning of December 1^st, Changzhou Property Registration & Transaction Center was officially inaugurated, which is the China's first authority complex of real estate registration and transaction. The center also settles tax offices and banks to realize one-stop processing.

Wei Hongjun, deputy director of Jiangsu Provincial Department of Land and Resources, Han Jiuyun, member of the Standing Committee of Changhzou Municipal Committee of CPC and executive deputy mayor of Changzhou, and vice mayors Zhang Yaogang and Shi Zhijun attended the inauguration ceremony.

Changzhou revoked the former centers of municipal land registry and real estate registration, and re-established this new center as a state-owned institution directly under the administration of municipal government. It integrates the registration functions previously distributed to the authorities of land and resources, housing, agricultural affairs, etc.

The same day, Han Jiuyun issued the first property ownership certificate from the center.
