It was learned from the press conference of the Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology held recently that 33 projects in Changzhou have been included in the Provincial Key Industrial Investment Project Plan 2019.

Among them, there are 12 projects each with a total investment of over 3 billion yuan, and 8 projects each with an investment of 1 billion to 3 billion yuan. 60.6% of the projects has an investment of over 1 billion yuan. The average investment of the 33 selected projects is 2.23 billion yuan.

The Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology said that in 2019, Changzhou will strive to improve the industrial chain level and independent innovation capacity, accelerate the cultivation of advanced manufacturing clusters, and focus on the pillar industries such as intelligent manufacturing equipment, new generation information technology, new materials, new energy vehicles and key components, etc. At the same time, the city will cultivate a group of industrial star e-businesses, accelerate the development of three major systems of industrial Internet platform, infrastructure and network security, promote enterprises to increase investment in technological transformation, and accelerate the industrial transition to middle-and-high-end manufacturing.
