The cross-regional cooperation of farmers� cooperatives successfully overcomes the “three difficulties� in market exploration, capital funding and technology promotion. Jiangsu Sunan Association of Plant Cooperatives now have 15 members in Changzhou, Zhenjiang, Yangzhou, and so on, involving more than 13,000 peasant households. The Association is responsible for collecting market information, introducing good seedlings and promoting farming technologies, which avoids blind production by arranging each member’s planting varieties and scale according to the season and market situation. In 2012, under the lead of the Supply and Marketing Cooperative of Changzhou, the city’s such associations received 21.8 million yuan of the "Three Rural" preferential loans from bank, hitting a new record.
