Recently, Beko Global, a Fortune 500 company, officially located its China Headquarters, including a 2,600-square meter-large R&D lab, in the Sino-Europe (Changzhou) Testing, Inspection and Certification Cooperation Industrial Park (SEICP) .

Yang Fen, vice mayor of Changzhou Municipal People’s Government, and Hüseyin Emre Engin, consul general of Turkey in Shanghai, attended the opening ceremony.

Since its foundation in 1955, Beko has grown into Europe’s favourite freestanding home appliance brand. Over the past two decades, the corporation has established 17 R&D centers and 27 modern production facilities across the world.

Seated in Tianning district, the SEICP features clusters for emerging industries of TIC services, Industrial Internet, video game, etc. Currently, the park has gathered more than 120 foreign-invested enterprises including SGS, Intertek, BOKEN and CCAP.
