On July 25, it was released inNational Economy Reportby Changzhou Municipal Bureau of Statistics: Changzhou ��s GDP reached RMB 175.52 billion in the first half of the year, up 12.3 percent at constant prices.

Driven by tourism, entertainment, dining, shopping and other holiday economy, the city's total retail sales revenue reached RMB 60.43 billion in the first half of the year, an increase of 17%.

In the first half of the year, the city's total fixed asset investment reached RMB 111.9 billion, up 20.1%. The total volume of foreign trade reached USD 14.33 billion, up 41.4%, including exports volume of USD 9.64 billion, up 36.5%, and import volume of USD 4.69 billion, up 52.9%.

From January to June, the per capita disposable income of city's urban residents reached RMB 15,014, an increase of 12%. The city's total fiscal revenue reached RMB　49.29 billion, an increase of 28.9%.
