On September 28, the 2011 China (Changzhou) Int��l Forum on Science and Technology & Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation was opened.
　　With the theme of ��Industrial Cooperation �� Mutual Benefit & Common Win,�� the 2011 Forum focused on promoting cooperation in fields of modern manufacturing, emerging industries and modern services. Four exhibition areas were set up in the Convention Center, respectively displaying the city��s competitive industries, investment environment, foreign-invested companies and innovative industrial parks. Total 2,169 domestic and overseas businessmen and guests, and 129 Fortune 500 companies, multinational enterprises and internationally renowned institutions attended the Forum.
　　On the forum, Changzhou Municipal Government signed cooperation framework agreements with 11 international chambers of commerce and investment consultancy institutions, namely China-EU Chamber of Commerce, Paris Chamber of Commerce, DIHK (Germany), American Chamber of Commerce in Shanghai, China-Britain Business Council, Japan-China Economic & Trade Center, Korea Trade-Investment Promotion Agency, HK Chinese Industry & Commerce Association, Singapore Chamber of Commerce & Industry, SKP (Germany) and PTL (Israel).
