Recently, Liyang held the signing ceremony for establishing sister-city relationship with Fauquier County, United States. Besides, the both sides singed the economic and trade cooperation agreement.
　　Fauquier County is located in northern Virginia, close to Washington, DC, and has the population of 65,000. It is a city both owning rural scenery and huge business opportunities. In addition to Hakusan of Japan, Union City of USA, Leeuwarden of Holland, Fauquier County is Liyang��s fourth foreign sister city.
