On March 18, Zhonglou District held the ground-breaking ceremony for the three projects of Changzhou Dongfeng Agricultural Machinery Group Co., Ltd., Changsong Metal Composit Material Co., Ltd. and Shenda Park.

For year 2014, Zhonglou has selected 101 key projects as part of Changzhou’s plan of ‘The Year of Making Big Progress in Major Projects,� with a planned investment totaling 76.25 billion yuan and an annual investment plan of 16.63 billion yuan. In the first quarter of the year, these projects have achieved a good start. Just in March there has launched 15 programs with a total investment of 6.33 billion yuan, laying a solid foundation for the annual goal.
