Recently, 140 ml hematopoietic stem cell from donor volunteer Sun Mengmeng was successfully transplanted into the body of New Zealandchild with leukemia. This is the city鈥檚 first case of multinational hematopoietic stem cells donated, alsoChina鈥檚 first case of hematopoietic stem cells donated to theNew Zealand. The persons in charger of China Red Cross Society, Bone Marrow Bank Management Center and New Zealand Bone Marrow Bank awarded a certificate for donating hematopoietic stem cells to Sun Mengting.
