On the afternoon of October 14th, Vice Mayor Fang Guoqiang met with the delegation headed by Aino-Maija, Mayor of Pori, Satakunta, Finland.

Changzhou and Satakunta were twinned in 2008. Pori is a city and municipality on the west coast of Finland. Pori is also the capital of the Satakunta region and the Pori sub-region. The city is located some 10 kilometres from the Gulf of Bothnia, on the estuary of the Kokem?enjoki river.

Aino-Maija and her delegation visited Changzhou for the purpose of promoting in-depth cooperation between Satakunta University of Applied Sciences and Changzhou University. The two sides also discussed the programs of international summer camps, cultural exchanges in Finland’s big year 2017, etc.
