Changzhou will make more efforts on the ten major projects for people鈥檚 livelihood, including education, health care, elderly care, food and medicine safety, drinking water safety, public security; ecological environment, and air quality, so as to ensure that all the people share the fruits of reform and development.

The government will be further streamlined by exempting more items from government approval so as to improve the efficiency and service. The mechanism of disclosing power lists will be further promoted to support functional transition of the government which carries out administration in accordance with the law, strictly enforces the law, and upholds the principles of transparency and accountability.
