On the morning of December 26th, Shao Ming, deputy director of the Standing Committee of Changzhou Municipal People's Congress, met with the Chuncheon City Council delegation in the Administrative Center.

In recent years, Chuncheon has been focusing on developing high-tech industries like cartoon animation, bio-industry, IT industry, etc., renowned as the "Animation City� of Asia.

In 2011, Changzhou and Chuncheon established an international sister-city relationship. Since then, the two sides have carried out frequent exchanges, such as the animation movieCloud Breadco-produced by Chuncheon and Jiangsu Carloon TV & Film Animation Media.

This time, the delegation will visit Changzhou Municipal People's Congress to exchange ideas on certain programs, in order to promote the friendly relations between the legislatures on both sides and to follow up the tasks of theMemorandum of Understanding on Cultural and Creative Industry Cooperation.
