On November 24, Mr. Dai Yuan, deputy secretary of the Changzhou Municipal Committee of CPC, met with a Vietnamese delegation led by Mr. Pham Van Linh, deputy head of the Party Central Committee's Commission for Publicity and Education and deputy permanent head of the Steering Committee on External Information Service, at the Administration Center.

Invited by the International Liaison Department, this five-member delegation paid a visit to China from November 20 to 25, where between November 23 and 25 the delegates visited Changzhou and learned about the economic and social development of the city, particularly in aspects of ideological education. They visited Changzhou Daily, Changzhou science and Education Town, the Yancheng Remains of Spring & Autumn Period, Tianning Temple, etc.
