On the morning of April 28, Shangshang Cable held the groundbreaking ceremony for the new special cable project.

The project covers an area of over 200 mu (about 13.33 hectares), with an investment of about 1 billion yuan and a construction area of 140,000 square meters, mainly producing special materials and special cables. It is estimated that the annual output value will be 10 billion yuan after the plant is put into production.

Ding Shanhua, chairman of Shangshang Cable Group, said at the groundbreaking ceremony that the new special cable project is to deepen and further implement Shangshang Cable’s precision-oriented and going-global strategies. With stronger and more comprehensive production capacity of special cables, the competitiveness of the enterprise and the ability to serve the users will be enhanced.
