Recently, Changzhou Creative Industries Park and South Korea's Gangwon Information and Culture Development Institute signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) to establish a cross-border cooperation platform for collection, production and distribution of the world's cultural and creative projects including animation, in order to build a bridge for bilateral exchanges in cultural and creative industries between China and South Korea. Under the agreement, the two sides will look for worldwide original video animation projects through the platform and provide them with marketing and branding services. The platform will rely on China’s core capabilities and resources in rendering technology on the Internet, on-line video service platform, and so on, and South Korea's source of animation creation, production, marketing, etc., so as to increase investment in the upper reaches of the creative industry chain, explore more channels for the lower reaches of the industry chain, and share resources and results at the platform.
