Learned from the city's human resources and social security work conference, in 2012 Changzhou will introduce more than 38,000 talents, including 2,200 high-level talents with master degree or above and 13,000 highly skilled personnel supporting for transformation and upgrading. Mayor Yao Xiaodong delivered the speech in the conference and issuedthe Document of Changzhou��s Employment and Social Insurance Objective in 2012.
