On February 19, Changzhou signed the Cooperation Agreement on Accelerating Changzhou’s Cultural Modernization with Jiangsu Provincial Department of Culture and Jiangsu Bureau of Cultural Relics. The Agreement contains four major areas of cooperation: the construction of demonstration area of public cultural service system, the creation and production of fine art, the construction and application of Historical & Cultural City, and the restructuring and upgrading of the cultural industry.
