On February 23rd, Deputy Mayor Mr. Han Jiuyun attended the New Year Reception between Jiangsu Province and Foreign Representative Agencies in Shanghai. More than 200 representatives from the consulates general and foreign representative agencies in Shanghai were present at the party.
