China has recently adjusted its coronavirus response measures to facilitate people's orderly return to normalcy and productivity.

Since September, the Changzhou Bureau of Commerce has issued notices on arranging missions abroad for investment attraction. So far, the bureau has organized more than 30 business delegations of over 200 people to Europe, the United States, Japan, India, and countries of the Belt and Road Initiative (BRI).

The export orders cover machinery, auto parts, garments, communication devices, new energy, novel materials, and other industries.

Many local enterprises have shown interest in attending trade fairs and visiting old or new clients in major overseas markets.

More trips for business delegations are in the works. The Commerce Bureau plans to send a business delegation of over 20 people from more than ten companies to Japan on December 23.
