On February 3, it was informed that among Jiangsu’s 60 major industrial projects in 2017, Changzhou takes 11 places, ranking first in both the number of projects and the amount of annual investment.

The 11 projects are involved in new energy vehicles, new materials, intelligent equipment and other industries, with a total investment of about 60 billion yuan, of which the planned investment this year is 14.5 billion yuan.

Since 2014, Changzhou has been carefully studying the domestic and international industrial development trends, with close attention to the investment and strategic plans of Fortune Global 500 companies, national enterprises and large private enterprises. Within three years, Changzhou has introduced a total of 42 major projects, including nine ?10 billion or $1 billion projects, nineteen ?50 billion or $500 million projects, and fourteen ?3 billion or $300 million projects.

A new driving force for Changzhou’s long-term development has been gradually formed.
