On the 18th, the city held "Overseas Talents Introduction Plan for Changzhou" video meeting and introduced Changzhou��s industrial development, personnel policy, as well as innovative entrepreneurial environment to high-level overseas talents. Changzhou expects to attract more overseas high-level personnel to join the talents plan and settle in Changzhou.
