During the period from March 21 to 24, Mayor Yao Xiaodong led Changzhou economic and trade delegation to carry out investment promotion and talents introduction activities in Manchester, Derby, Birmingham, Oxford and London, which focus on improving the high-end equipment manufacturing level of Changzhou city.
　　At the University of Oxford, Changzhou signed a comprehensive cooperation agreement with Oxford Isis Technology Transfer Center. Chen Futao, minister and counselor of Chinese Embassy in Britain was present, and the mayor of Oxford town addressed the meeting. Besides, the agreement of two entrepreneurship projects by returned scholars in Xinbei district and Wujin district were signed.
