　　字铁臣，又字惕臣，号当仁、玉虹词隐、玉虹老人，常州人。清光绪二十?1894)举人。曾任湖北候补知县。能辨识周秦彝器、钟鼎奇文异字。工书，字极古拙。著作颇丰，刊行的有《玉虹档言》、《杂著》、《吊李姬诗》等书
